With new industrial plants incorporating more complex designs and exotic materials, we’ve established a field-proven series of quality assurance/quality check protocols to meet our clients’ rigorous performance requirements.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
You won’t see us using the term ‘quality’ lightly, when it comes to meeting your mechanical service needs. We’ll never tell you that service excellence can’t really be measured – we know better. For us, quality service begins at the outset of every Chemfab project, big or small. We’ll clearly describe the quality materials, the proven procedures and the precise practices we’ll use. We won’t stop measuring and pushing our own performance until the site has been cleared and our final audit satisfied.
Performance founded on industry standards

 We recognize the reliability and credibility that is reflected in the standards established by organizations like the Technical Standards and Safety Authority and the American National Standards Institute. As a result, our work will consistently meet or exceed: TSSA, QA 278; API; ANSI Code, B31.1, B31.3; ASME Code, Section I, Div. 1; ASME Code, Section VIII, Div. 1; ASME Code, Section IX; ASME B31.1; ASME B31.3; CSA B51-MI991; CWB/CSA W47.1, Div. 2.1, ASME “PP”, ASME “S”.
Practical in-field experience

 From our managing partners to our core team of tradespeople, you can be assured your work will be in the hands of people with over a decade, often two, of in-the-field experience. You don’t establish a library of more than 270 welding procedures over night.
QA/QC specialty team

 We set quality material and service standards, because we expect to measure and meet or beat them. You’ll see our Quality Assurance/Quality Control Team at our construction site on a regular basis throughout the project to ensure we keep to our word.
Service standards and practices documented

 Service consistency, reliability and improvements can only be achieved with the support of a well-documented quality system. Our quality service plan and standards of practices guide our performance for each job and are available for client review.
